I'm Published!

Hey Everyone! I know I haven't posted in a long time. We've been really busy around here! I will do a longer post later, but for now I wanted to say that I'VE BEEN PUBLISHED! I have two poems in the latest issue of Mused: the BellaOnline Literary Review. This is a big deal for me since it's the first time my poems have been published nationally. It's such a motivator to keep writing and keep submitting, and of course, I couldn't do it without the support of my friends and family! Check it out!

The DJs in Missoula (Part Three of Three)

Wes wasn't able to stay very long on this Misssoula trip, buuut we got to spend plenty of time with his family. Wes' aunt Heidi and uncle Steve are great at hosting family get togethers and Seeley and I always have a blast spending time with family. It was so great to see everyone at their latest get together, which was a family birthday party for Wes' cousin Leigh (happy birthday!) Seeley ran around and said hi to everyone and, of course, I was beaming with pride :)

The DJs in Missoula (Part Two of Three)

I loved our recent visit to Missoula for a lot of reasons, but the main one is I got to go to my favorite places and hang out with my sister like old times. It was so fun taking Seeley with us to our favorite restaurants and bookstores and I love seeing my sister and my daughter bond :)

The DJs in Missoula! (Part One of Three)

I'm back! We got back a couple days ago from a wonderful week in Missoula. These trips are getting more and more fun as Seeley gets older and she's becoming quite the little traveler! I say this every time, but seeing the people I love bond with Seeley and seeing Seeley bond with them is the best feeling ever. Not to mention it was so nice to have some help! Anyone who's seen this baby lately knows that she was born to run! Having two large, nice yards to let Seeley run wild in let me kick back and enjoy some sun myself! I can really see this sweet baby bonding with her family and, hopefully, Missoula:)
She knew we were going somewhere. And she was EXCITED!

Tons of babysitters= out to dinner! (plus, it was my birthday)

Maybe my favorite Missoula bar.

Hi Grandpa!

:)

This poor baby developed a 102 degree fever! But what better place to get sick than at your grandparents?

A visit to the hospital. Thank you insurance! (she was fine:))

Memorial day visit to my grandpa's headstone. My wonderful grammie.
